Yesterday afternoon
the vet came to visit Seca. Since she had problems with her teeth, they had to
be filed very carefully because Seca is already an old filly. Fortunately
everything went very well and now she can eat a lot better. The only thing is
that with her advanced age, it is going to be hard for her to gain weight and
get better, but that is why we are going to give her a lot of alfalfa so she
can gather strength to get through the winter. We love Seca very much and we
will spoil her and give her all the care she needs so she can forget all about
the abuse she has suffered and she can be happy here at our sanctuary. You can
