imagine what it means for him for have a hand touch him or a voice talking to him softly.
Of course he is up for adoption and here you see him on his first walk, it is a quiet and sweet puppy and because of his situation always depending on someone to guide him. He is not scared of other dogs and loves to be with people, he is simply adorable!
